Designed by Detail, Birlinn Brae is a 16-home residential development in Strachur, on the stunning shores of Loch Fyne. It takes its name from the birlinn longboats that sailed its very waters. Every house features the hearth at its heart – life revolves around the warmth of the fire and brings everyone together.
I established an emotive brand narrative for the property agent, Strutt and Parker.
The narrative was used in Detail’s sales brochure and social posts (designed by Soul Creative) to set a new benchmark for these niche homes. Almost every house was sold ‘off plan’ immediately after launch. Whoop. It was a dream to work on.
“I’ve just read it to a colleague who let out a noise I haven’t heard from him before, in a good way.”
Natalie Simpson, Strutt and Parker
“I may have to set my alarm to read it every afternoon or when things get crazy in the day.”
Natalie Simpson, Strutt and Parker
“I congratulate you in the creative writing and interpretation of the brief.”
Gordon Russell, DETAIL
